Job Description – Business Development Executive (Financial Services)

Handle incoming online leads promptly and professionally.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions in Loans, Insurance, Real Estate, and Taxation.
Maintain strong follow-up with leads to ensure conversion.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets set by the company.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through trust and service excellence.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, documentation, partners) to ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and customer interactions in CRM/lead management tools.
📌 Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (Finance/Commerce preferred).
0–3 years of experience in sales, telecalling, or financial services (freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
Good knowledge of Loans, Insurance, Real Estate, or Taxation will be an added advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
Basic computer literacy and comfort with online lead management.
